1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged during delivery
- You received the wrong item
- The product is spoiled, stale, or has a quality defect
- The product packaging is tampered with or opened before delivery
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
- Photos or videos of the issue may be required for verification
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to food safety and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns in the following cases:
- Products opened or consumed after delivery
- Return request made after 48 hours
- Change of mind after the order is delivered
- Products stored improperly by the customer after delivery
3. Return Request Process
To initiate a return:

- Send your order number, product details, and clear photos/videos of the issue.

5. Refund Processing Time
Once approved:

- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
